How we rank professionals

Our “Best professionals in…” rankings help customers choose with confidence. They rely on public criteria, measured from real data, and are updated continuously.

Criteria and weights

• Verified customer reviews50 points

  Weighted average rating (40 points): a single 5/5 review does not beat 30 reviews at 4.7. Number of reviews (10 points, capped at 20 reviews).

• Responsiveness20 points

  Share of quote requests received over the last 6 months that the professional answered. Neutral until 3 requests have been received.

• Verified business15 points

  Identity of the manager and existence of the business checked by our team (ID, proof of activity).

• Complete profile15 points

  Logo, description, services, service area and project photos.

Our rules

• No professional can pay to rank higher. Any paid placement will always be labelled “Sponsored” and shown separately.
• Only reviews from customers who confirmed their phone number after a real quote request count.
• A ranking page is published only when at least 3 professionals work in the city or country.
• With equal scores, the professional with more reviews ranks first.
